Interview with a person who older than 25 years old

Interview an older person (at least 25 years old) you know who seems to be especially healthy.

Complete the questions below as a blog post in your own blog.

What is his/her relationship to you?
She is my mother. She was born 1958 so, she is around 52 or 53 years old.

1. Have you always been as healthy as you are now? Please explain.
No, not really. As she is getting older, she gets tired and backache more easily.

2. What particular health habits in the following areas do you practice, that contribute to your level of health? Nutritional Habits; She eats regularly. But sometimes, she eats more than usual.

  • Fitness Habits; Because of her age, she hardly go to gym. But she spares sometimes to go swimming
  • Coping with Stress; She can cope with her emotional feelings and stress. Because in my opinion, she is a gets-panic-easily-kind-of person, but when it comes to stress, she seems to be tough enough to cope with it.
  • Dealing with Conflicts; She prays to God so, she can deal with problems/conflicts. According to this statement, she has that spiritual-wellness in her.
  • Keeping a Positive Attitude; She always tries to be calm to she can cope with her stress and gets herself together.
  • Any Additional Healthy Habits; Nope

3. How did you develop these habits? Please explain.
She became really busy taking care of us. So, she developed these habits throughout the years. As she is growing older, she gets really lazy to go to gym.

4. What motivates you to practice a healthy lifestyle?
Because it's a new year, she wants to try to go to gym regularly.

5. Create a question of your own that you would like to ask regarding this person’s healthy lifestyle. Make sure that the question allows your interviewee to expand on his/her thoughts (not a one word answer). Question: When are you going to start to go to gym?
Answer: Maybe, this month or next month. Depends on her schedule. If the schedule allows her, she would go.
